About the Role

As the Head of Social Media Marketing at Happy Bud, you will be a key player in shaping and executing our social media strategy. Your role is instrumental in building and maintaining a positive online presence for our brand. Your responsibilities include:

Strategy Development:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
-Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to drive innovation in social media strategies.

Audience Engagement:
-Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
-Develop strategies to increase follower interaction, brand loyalty, and user-generated content.

Campaign Management:
-Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.
-Collaborate with other departments to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Content Creation and Curation:
-Work with the Head of Marketing to oversee the creation and curation of engaging, relevant, and shareable content across various social media channels.
-Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual elements across all social platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:
-Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media performance.
-Make data-driven decisions to optimize content, posting schedules, and overall social media strategy.

Brand Advocacy:
-Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
-Develop and implement strategies to turn satisfied customers into brand ambassadors.

Crisis Management:
-Develop protocols and strategies for handling potential crises or negative social media situations.
-Act swiftly and decisively to address issues while maintaining brand reputation.

Platform Management:
-Stay informed about changes and updates on social media platforms, adjusting strategies accordingly.
-Explore new and emerging platforms to expand the brand's social media presence.

Requirements

Social Media Marketing Manager Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing successful strategies.


  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.


  • Proficiency in creating engaging and shareable content across diverse social media channels.


  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.


  • Experience in utilizing analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns.


  • Proven ability to build and engage a social media audience, fostering brand loyalty and increasing follower interaction.


  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation teams.


  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.


  • Ability to uphold and promote the values, mission, and vision of the brand through social media channels.


  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.


  • Efficient project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.


  • Ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
